Freeze Tag in Positions (Warm-Up Game)
Tag game where 'frozen' players hold a throwing or hitting position.
Your job today
It’s freeze tag! If you get tagged, freeze in your best throwing or hitting position until a friend frees you.
What good looks like: Run hard, have fun, and make your frozen position look perfect.
Why it matters: We warm up and practice good positions at the same time — and it doesn’t even feel like work.
How it works
A fun warm-up game from the Baseball BC 6U plans that doubles as form practice. Players play freeze tag; when tagged, they must freeze in a correct throwing or hitting position until a teammate unfreezes them. Coaches and parents check positions and correct form on the fly.
