Towel squeezes and wrist curls at home, 3 sets, no equipment beyond a towel.
Your job today
Squeeze a rolled-up towel 15 times each hand, then do little wrist curls with a water bottle.
What good looks like: Finish all 6 sets without your forearms going totally floppy.
Why it matters: Stronger hands = the bat doesn’t move on contact = more hard-hit balls. Cheapest hitting upgrade there is.
How it works
Player performs 3 sets of 15 towel squeezes per hand, then 3 sets of 12 wrist curls holding a water bottle. Builds bat-control and throwing forearm without weights.
