Reaction Ball Partner Catch
Bounce reaction ball to partner; track catches in 60 sec.
Your job today
This ball bounces crazy on purpose. Bounce it to your partner — they have to catch it however it comes off the floor. Count how many you catch in a minute.
What good looks like: Beat your last score. Stay low, soft hands, eyes on the ball the whole way.
Why it matters: Ground balls and short hops never come the same way twice. Training your eyes and hands to react fast is what turns errors into outs.
How it works
Partners stand 8-10 ft apart. One partner bounces a reaction ball off a flat surface to the other. Partner attempts to catch as many as possible in 60 seconds. Switch roles. Logs catches per 60 sec.

Safety
- REACTION_TECH_IS_ADDON: Reaction-light tools (e.g., BlazePod) are optional engagement/assessment add-ons. They must not be marketed or compiled as the core driver of sport performance. Real sport decision-making (pitch tracking, live reads, situational drills) comes first.
